Runescape Auto Miner Cheats Information
Ranging is harder to train in the free version, as only members can make their own arrows. Some arrows are often lost in an attack, while more may be lost if you are not quick enough to retrieve them. While training, it is possible and benificial to trap your target behind a fence or other obstruction, making it so they cannot hit you with melee. In player vs. player situations, ranging tends to be most effective against mages.
In the ranged attack, several armour pieces also increase your attack, so it is best to wear full leather with vambraces instead of gloves. With level 40 range, 40 defence and the Dragon Slayer quest, you will be able to wear full green dragon leather.
At level 40 you will also be able to equip a Robin Hood hat and rangers boots. At levels 50, 60 and 70 you will be able to wear blue dragon leather, red dragon leather, and black dragon leather respectively. Rangers usually beat mages.
Treasure Trails
Some of the rarer items that are still available are Treasure Trail items, which can only be obtained by members at the end of a scavenger hunt. The starting clue for the hunt is a rare monster drop. Generally, the tougher the clue monster, the better the reward at the end of the hunt. Mainly the reward is armor (black, adamant, and rune), and occasionally it comes trimmed or gilded. Trimmed armor, especially gold-trimmed, is extremely rare and prices are always at a premium.
Gilded armor, which is covered with gold rather than merely having gold trim, is the rarest and most expensive treasure trail armor set. Some players claim to be able to trim armor (saying that it is a member's only skill) but this is only a scam. Black armor cannot be made by either members or non-members. Another type of Treasure Trail armor is what is known as God Armor.
God Armor is trimmed, but the trim comes in three different colors: Green representing Guthix, White representing Saradomin, and Red representing Zamorak. Another feature of these God Armors is that on the chest area of the body is the symbol of the god that the armor is based off of (e.g. Saradomin Armor has the symbol of Saradomin).
These trimmed armour, while only obtainable for members, can also be sold to the free version. There are other items you could recieve, like a beret or cavalier, which are bought and sold solely for their rarety, and others, like robin hats and mage boots which are bought for the stats they increase, such as range and mage.
