Tears of Guthix
Tears of Guthix is a mini-game accessible only after doing the Tears of Guthix Quest. Enter the Lumbridge Swamp Caves and make your way to Juna, the snake-looking guardian.
Tell her a story of one of your quests and she will allow you to attempt the minigame. The aim of the game is to collect blue tears from weeping rocks into a bowl, while avoiding the green tears. If green tears are collected, the amount of tears in your bowl decreases.
Experience is gained in the lowest player skill according to the amount of tears collected and in proportion to the actual level. The minigame can not be atempted more than once a week, and you must either get 1 Quest Point or increase 100,000 in total experience. However, Quest Points gotten before you first got to the cave, count towards this requirement. Hence, the more Ques Poitns you had before, the less it matters if you meet the requirement (If you have 104 Quest Points, for example, it will take 2 years -104 weeks- to run out of Quest Points). Be careful if you have little Quest Points: if you attempt to enter the cave before the week is up, you lose a story to tell from your total.
This is a fun game, and you will almost always go up at least one level in your lower skill. Before the Farming came up, I got my Herblore and Runecrafting from around 30 up to 35 in this way. A great time saver as new skills come up!
Head back to Dr. Fenkenstrain, who now needs you to kill the monster that he created, and he gives you a Tower Key. Head upstairs, go through the gate in the center of the room and climb the ladder, where you'll find Fenkenstrain's Monster. Talk to him, he wants you to stop Dr. Fenkenstrain's evil work. Now just pickpocket the Doctor to obtain a Ring of Charos and to complete the quest. (edited by Roadrager323)
